TOUR DE FLEURS ALUM-In-Ground stand & Hummingbird Finial

A new entry into the Garden Art of Joel Hotchkiss. All 3 tiers of the colorful multi-level "Tour Des Fleurs" turn independently in the wind. Provided with a tubular stand that slides over a 5/8" steel rebar post (included) that is pounded securely into the ground, making the sculpture easy to install and to move throughout the garden. 6' in height X 34" wide.
